Wearly is built on restraint. We collect what's needed to compose outfits, run try-on, and bill PRO — and we retire data on a schedule, not on hope.
Last revised May 23, 2026We collect account information from Apple or Google login, wardrobe photos and item metadata, outfit compositions, AI styling chat messages, virtual try-on requests, selfie photos used for try-on, device diagnostics, subscription status, purchase events, usage analytics, marketing attribution, push notification tokens, and city-level location derived from IP address for weather-based outfit recommendations. We do not access GPS or precise location data.
We use this data to manage your wardrobe, generate outfit recommendations, process virtual try-on requests, power the Muse styling chat, authenticate your account, process subscriptions through RevenueCat, send notifications, monitor crashes, improve product quality, and measure marketing performance.
Wearly may share data with AI model providers for recommendations and try-on generation, Convex for backend data, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, RevenueCat for subscriptions, PostHog for product analytics, AppsFlyer for attribution, Sentry for error monitoring, Expo Push Service for notifications, and Apple or Google for authentication and app store payments. We do not sell personal data.
AI providers receive only the data needed to generate requested styling responses or images. AI outfit recommendations are suggestions, not professional fashion advice. Virtual try-on results are approximations and may not reflect real-world fit, color, fabric drape, or proportions. We do not use personal wardrobe photos, selfies, or chat messages to train AI models without explicit consent.
Clothing photos, selfie photos, and AI-generated try-on images are stored for authenticated app access and retained while your account exists unless you delete them earlier. Images are not shared publicly through Wearly.
Network communication uses encrypted transport. Authentication tokens are stored securely on device. Active account data is retained while the account exists, analytics may be retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months, crash reports for up to 90 days, and personal data is removed within 30 days after account deletion unless legal obligations require retention.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or other rights over your personal data. You can delete your account from Settings in the app. For privacy requests, contact support@appsolve.ai.
