Wearly is an AI-powered wardrobe styling application for digital wardrobe management, AI outfit recommendations, virtual try-on, the Muse AI styling chat, and outfit creation.

These are the terms of using Wearly — short, plainly worded, and limited to what a wardrobe app actually needs. Got a question? Just say hi.

To use Wearly, you create an account through Apple or Google social login. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for promptly notifying us about unauthorized access.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of clothing photos, selfies, outfit compositions, and other content you upload. You grant Wearly a limited license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service, including AI processing.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Wearly offers free and PRO tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests follow the policies of the relevant app store.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outfit recommendations and styling chat responses are suggestions for personal use only and are not professional fashion consulting. Virtual try-on output is an AI approximation and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions based on AI-generated content.
6. Prohibited Uses
Do not use Wearly illegally, upload content you do not have rights to use, upload inappropriate or explicit content, reverse engineer the app, disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or use AI features to create harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
7. Third-Party Services
Wearly integrates with AI providers, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Convex, Cloudflare, analytics, attribution, push, and monitoring services. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
8. Termination and Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Settings in the app. Active subscriptions should be canceled through your app store before deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
